Celebrating a wonderfully hard fought contest yesterday winning a silver medal in a much larger tournament, GB Grand Slam in Birmingham. A huge shout to Gurjit Gallon who was adding a totally awesome human dynamic to the whole event yesterday. Great energy you legend!

I know in life that the only thing we can know for sure, is nothing is for sure. That said, I do know that getting the thing is not the point, the point of everything is the journey and what we become on that epic journey of life, being focused on the things that we decide are the goals, and then relentlessly pushing to do more and be more every single day.
I also know there are no ideal circumstances in life and that most things worth having will involve a certain degree of pain and suffering, coupled with increasingly difficult challenges, doing things we are uncomfortable doing, and just getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Yes life is relentless, and yet so am I.
What's the most satisfying win? The next one.
