Celebrating with Yasmin Barnard our daughter Talia taking to kickboxing like a duck to water, sparring like a pro with a pro Joe Brooks who is my trainer and a world champion, learning new things, overcoming mental resistance and seeking the challenge of a journey of inner engineering and self discovery.
So amazing to see her pushing through self limiting beliefs at home, school and now into health, fitness and mental discipline, while developing her opportunity mindset by getting in the ring for the first time being brave, bold and curious with her younger sister Saff.
Positive transformation of self first and then be able, capable and willing to provide by example, the direction to living with an opportunity mindset every day. Health, self, family, team, community, country and then everyone else, in that order.
