Fear nobody, dread nothing, and all will be well.

The fruit of everything good in life is found in the challenge of navigating storms, and I love the storms! What's the point of winning without a fight? Where is the fun in that? Where's the growth? Where's the comfort in comfort without feeling the discomfort first?

With everything I do in life generally, and with a few weeks to my first taste of international competition, I know this.

No matter what I go through I know one thing for absolute sure, that soon, the thing or those people creating my opportunities for growth in resistance will soon be certain themselves that eventually, they will have to to GO THROUGH ME. Good luck with that!

I love this quote from Winston Churchill

"Fear nobody, dread nothing, and all will be well."

Everything I do starts with an Opportunity Mindset being process driven, not feeling driven, and by developing the habits and morning rituals that support a positive focus on raising my standards and creating championship performances every day.

I'm 46 years on this planet and I know this for sure, when I decide to put my foot on any personal mountain, dream, goal or ambition, I don't stop, I don't quit, I don't care what happens outside of my control, I never stay down, I rise, I attack and adapt making as many adjustments as required while being relentlessly focused on the process, not the outcomes. I go all in, all day every day, fighting to the end of life not the end of the day, knowing with certainty that I prevail in the end, no matter what.

As I have learned through experience, in life as in kickboxing, tough rounds never last, tough people do!

Is it easy? No. Is it worth it? Life means nothing without growth in the storm.

Bring it on!
