Be the change you want to see.

Health, self, family, team, community, country and then everyone else, in that order, putting your own oxygen mask on first before helping others is the key to the positive transformation of self, and the ability to support others wanting to do more and be more in a conflicted and confusing world.

I founded the Positive Transformation Initiative 7 years ago as a journey of self discovery into becoming a better human being, a better version of myself, an inspiration to my younger self and the person that my inner 8 year old always needed. A person who is able, capable and willing to provide by example, the direction to living with an opportunity mindset every day.

So proud to be celebrating my daughter Saff’s journey into a new mindset, inner engineering and self discovery. This is the pathway to health, fitness and mental discipline, while having fun developing her opportunity mindset.

Great to see her getting in the ring for the first time being brave, bold and curious with my trainer, and super league world champion, Joe Brooks.

When I think about the power of the mind, I think about this quote from the great Marcus Aurelius.

"The mind will be like its habitual thoughts; for the soul becomes dyed with the colour of its thoughts. Soak it then in such trains of thoughts as, for example: Where life is possible at all, a right life is possible."

Living the journey of positive transformation with an opportunity mindset https://lnkd.in/eiPAvdGf means that no matter what is going on within myself or in the world, it is simply an opportunity to teach the mind a different way to respond. In short, a calm mind is a creative mind. And a creative mind is going to bring a lot of power to you and the way you respond to all circumstances in life, regardless of how they are initially perceived.

Have another great day living with an opportunity mindset and always remember this. There is nothing more powerful in life than a changed mind. Bring it on!
