Woke up late feeling like my friend here, not at my most friendly and like someone has beaten me with sticks, run me over, experimented on me in a lab, given me some horrible virus and then sucked all of the positive right out of me with a large industrial positive energy sucking machine.
The response. "Good". An opportunity to get up and do it all anyway, while observing my own irritation, and practising how to be better at not projecting those feelings on to others. Reminding myself that I am grateful that I get to do my life today, and grateful for every growth opportunity.
Living with an opportunity mindset means that no matter what is going in me or the world, it is a challenge, an opportunity, and the only thing that matters is the response. The greater the challenge, the greater the opportunity to use inner engineering to find a solution.
Inner engineering is the path to creating an Opportunity Mindset, and an opportunity mindset is the road to eliminating all excuses with a complete focus on Absolute Personal Responsibility (APR) for every emotion, action and response.
