On this journey I am incredibly grateful to be combining my time as a supportive connector and personal growth adviser with being a founding Partner in Doing Well Doing Good (DWDG). This gives me a real sense of impact, helping organisations put Social Value Growth (SVG) at the heart of business success, while also connecting with amazing people to support their dreams, goals, aspirations, growth and personal development.
At the core of everything I do is my belief that a conversation costs nothing and can be the most powerful gateway to achieving your goals, making new connections, meeting new clients, and doing things you never imagined possible although may have always wanted to experience!

As I have never been someone satisfied with simply polishing trophies of yesterday, I am now 47 years old and relentlessly focused on demonstrating the opportunity mindset principles by running the London Marathon in April for charity, complete a 52km run in October, then my first 24hr 100 mile Ultra Marathon in 2025 while I continue to push for the World Super League Kickboxing Championship within 3 years, and positively impacting the lives of a billion people within the next decade through meaningful connection and collaboration.
